Born in 1989 in Tampico, Mexico. In 2013 and 2016, he received his BS and MS in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science from the Technological Institute of Madero City, respectively. He is studying as a Ph.D. student in Computer Science and Information Engineering at the Technological Institute of Madero City and the University of Cadiz, respectively. His research interests include multi-objective dynamic optimization, hyper-heuristics, evolutionary algorithms and preference modeling.
