Roberto is a Telecommunications Engineer and he got his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies at the University of Granada in 2016. He worked as senior software engineer in several private companies. His research experience is about ICT security/cybersecurity. He proposed several solutions for attack detection and response/tolerance in ICT networks and systems. He was abroad for an internship at IDSIA (Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence) institute in Switzerland. He has been contributed to the research community with more than 20 articles in both, journals and conferences. Currently, he is working as a researcher at the University of Cádiz as part of the international talent attraction program promoted by this university. Additionally, he is an active member of the UCADatalab and in the NESG (Network Engineering & Security Group) research group (University of Granada).
