Daniel is a senior data scientist who holds a PhD from the University of Málaga (Spain) in the area of ​​Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. Daniel has done several predoctoral and postdoctoral internships in different research institutions, such as the Liverpool John Moores University (United Kingdom), INSERM (France) or ETH Zurich (Switzerland). Furthermore, Daniel worked with a Marie-Curie Fellowship at Pharmatics Limited (United Kingdom) for 2 years linked to a European project in Machine Learning for Personalized Medicine. Daniel has published 10 JCR articles, 1 SJR article and 12 articles in international conferences. Currently, he is an ASECTI researcher at the University of Cádiz (Spain) focused on data analytics projects with well-known companies like Airbus or Acerinox. He is an active member of the Intelligent Modeling of Systems (IMS) research group at the University of Cádiz.
